CAWINSS

About Us

At CAWINSS, we are committed to transforming the lives of women and children facing hardship—particularly widows and displaced children—by providing the tools, education, and support they need to build brighter, independent futures. Founded with compassion and guided by a vision of equality and dignity, we work in communities impacted by conflict, poverty, and displacement. We focus on long-term empowerment through education, economic support, and welfare initiatives, helping individuals not just to survive, but to thrive.

Who We Are

CAWINSS is a non-profit organization that exists to support women and children in difficult circumstances. Our work is rooted in our belief that every woman has the right to economic freedom and that every child deserves a chance to learn, grow, and dream - no matter their background.

Our dedicated team of professionals and volunteers works hand in hand with local communities, partners, and donors to bring practical, sustainable solutions to those who need them most.

What We Do

Virtual Classrooms for Primary Education
We are working at providing displaced children with access to quality primary education through virtual learning platforms, helping them continue their education despite geographical and financial barriers.

Higher Education Scholarships
We offer scholarships to bright and ambitious young people who aspire to attend college or university but lack the financial means.

Business Support for Women & Widows
We empower women, particularly widows, through small business grants, training programs, and mentorship. By supporting entrepreneurship, we help women achieve financial independence and build stable livelihoods.

Welfare Assistance
We offer direct welfare support to families in crisis, including financial aid, essential supplies, and access to basic healthcare—ensuring dignity and security in the most vulnerable moments.

Emotional & Social Support
Through counselling, peer support groups, and community-building initiatives, we help women and children recover from trauma and rediscover their strength.

Creating Change Together

Our Vision

A world where no woman or child is left without necessary help and support – where education, opportunity, and dignity are within reach for all, regardless of their circumstances.

Our Mission

To empower women and children in crisis—especially displaced children and widows—through education, economic opportunity, and compassionate support, enabling them to rebuild their lives and reclaim their future.
